I bought the stadium chair. And the first one I got wouldn’t hold up it collapsed not even under my full body weight. They decided it was defective when I sent them a video and they shipped me out a new one right away. The second one had the same problem. So I sent another video and looks like it came from the same batch as the first one and that whole batch was defective. Quickly issued a refund and apologize sent me a free cup for my troubles and it appears to be great. I’ve written a couple four reviews as you can imagine, but I will say the customer service has been impeccable, which makes me believe that their products usually are great.

When we sent the replacement, we emailed you asking that you test it carefully and stop using it immediately if the same issue occurred. After investigating, we confirmed that a production batch had a manufacturing defect and have removed the affected seats from the market.
